LOU Church of Christ members assist with food distribution from The Pantry during the months of November and December.
Domestic Violence Project
LOU Church of Christ members assist with the Domestic Violence Project by collecting items needed to support local shelters.
FriendSpeak
The FriendSpeak ministry is an outreach ministry helping people in the LOU community who need to practice their English. Each class or session is one-to-one and uses texts from the the New Testament. FriendSpeak pairs workers (Christians) with "readers" who already know some English. Workers meet with their readers once a week for about an hour to read through a lesson and get to know each other. Boys and Girls Club
Coming this fall! LOU members will provide afternoon tutoring to Boys and Girls Club participants.
